Winning Consistently

12/2/2024

UM beat TOSU this past weekend in a huge upset.

TOSU had one of the highest NIL Payrolls in College Football ($20M), they pay their head coach $10M per year, their coordinators $2M per year, and they offer support at or beyond any program in the land.

Their roster was considered the best ever at the start of the season (and quite frankly they are still talented enough, that they could win the College Football Playoff).

But their glaring weaknesses in process and culture (not strong at the point of attack) and planning (not exposing their talent advantage on the perimeter), keep them from winning consistently.

Glaring failures in coaching and leadership.

What percentage of employers today, are not winning as they should be because of failures in process, culture, or planning?

We’ll see what the LI poll has to say.

The melee after the game, both schools fined $100K … what do they expect to happen, with all of the promotion and fanning the flames of hate, hate, hate?

22-34, clouds, sunshine.

Make it a great day, everyone!
