We have a very high level automotive candidate who is in the offer stage now with one of our Tier 1 clients.

He’s been humming and hawing, not sure, etc.

We’ve recommended to our client, maybe we should look at other candidates.

The client has absolutely no interest in other candidates.

They want this candidate … the hummer and hawer …

OK. A good sign if you are in a job search.

There are ‘varieties of interest’ when companies make offers. And there is no such thing as a long-term guarantee anymore in the world of business.

But if you are interviewing and a company throws signals your way, that you’re really wanted … it’s a good indication that this position is one to go for.
