What’s the new 65?

11/18/2024

We’ve been working with several candidates in the manufacturing sector who are in their low to mid 60’s.

They want to keep working another 10+ years.

And they mean it.

And, they’ve got an incredible amount of tribal knowledge in working with machines, making plant manufacturing lines operate, etc.

This skillset is a void in the modern world of work, and these individuals are able to fill the void.

People in their 60’s and beyond are contributing, construction, engineering, corporate accounting, operations, etc.

What’s the new 65?

46-58, still warm here, incredible.

Make it a great day, everyone!
