We ask this question at the beginning of every search we take on.

The answers vary, but often times the words don’t represent the actions.

Recently, a new client told one of our search consultants, “We are not used to getting so many qualified candidates to review so quickly. The recruiters we worked with in the past, never moved this quickly. We are trying to adjust”.

OK … we thought you wanted to hire by the end of the month.

Summer’s over, kids are going back to school, big ramp ups in hiring are on the horizon.
