Had a nice conversation with a client the other day.

The AI Buzz is still real, but it has faded a bit.

I just don’t hear as much about Chat GPT and Bard and other AI tools.

According to a recent survey, 80% of people feel their work has been unaffected since AI tools hit onto the scene in 2023.

But they do have a place in work and certainly are being used.

It’s a nice skill to learn how to use new research sources such as Chat GPT and Bard.

I remember getting familiarized with google when it came out.

I also remember my training on Boolean search strings many years ago.

There always will be new tools coming onto the scene to support work.

As far as AI goes, the possibilities are infinite as it goes to replacing average work production or possibly even good work production in some areas.

Elite work though, will always have a place in the world of work.

Elite human skill will not be replaced by AI, especially if it involves B2B interpersonal work.

If AI has done anything, it may end up being that the bar is raised for what will be required to get a seat at the table in the professional work place.

Good? Bad? …
