“We’re not interested in this candidate”.
SCN Search Consultant, “Trust me on this one. Give ‘em a shot. I think you’ll like what you hear”.
Trust me interviews.
We’re not batting 1.000.
But .. we’re in the .750 range.
That’s got to be good for the interview consulting Hall of Fame.
Although, we do bet on ourselves often … we may not be eligible.
Ha.
Way too often, the story of a candidate is not properly conveyed on a resume.
And only so much can be conveyed in a written presentation.
When a trustworthy search consultant says, “trust me”.
Give it a go.
It’ll be worth your time.
