When we hear this from candidates, “I don’t like the culture and I want more autonomy in my position” ….

It means … they do not like their manager, they can’t take it anymore, and they are leaving for the first job opportunity that comes there way, even if it is a lateral move or possibly even less $.

Not liking the manager, has always been a primary motivation for change.

Got me curious about what the network has to say.

14 – 21, snow on the ground … and still snowing … cold … wind … clouds.

Make it a great day, everyone!
