Supernova Hiring

 1/18/2023

A supernova is the hottest thing in the universe.

Temperatures at the core during an explosion reach 6,000 times the temperature of the sun’s core.

Hot.

The hottest point during the hiring process … immediately following the final interview.

That’s when the candidate’s interest is at its peak level.

During the final interview or immediately following the final interview is the best time to offer candidates.

Supernova hiring.

After the final interview, the candidate’s interest in the position naturally declines, each second after the last interview.

Doesn’t mean that if ghosted by the client for two years, and if call with offer is placed, that they wouldn’t still accept.

It just means the chances of acceptance in this particular case, are very, very, low …. to almost never.

So if interviewing, why not offer the desired candidate the position at the last interview?!

Peak levels of interest.

Companies who strike quickly with great offers right after the last interview, increase their chances tremendously to get the candidate on-board.

And getting great talent on-board is always the name of the game.

The name of the game on this hump day with gray skies, chilly weather, and rain in SE-MI ….. getting after it.

Make it a great day everyone!
