This commitment reflects the retained search arrangement for this role.

Hundreds of people contacted.
We have a viable candidate who is interested, and will see how the interview process goes from there.
For now, we are continuing to press forward.
We are ensuring that all possible fits are contacted.
And sometimes if only one motivated, viable candidate is presented, it’s a great search.
Every search ends at some point … our intention is a successful placement of course!
