Shaking It Up

1/27/2025
I know of a company where a new manager came in from a different branch of the organization into Branch A.
In his former branch, Branch B, things were done a certain way.
Branch A has been profitable, its employees were happy and employed for many years, and the customers were happy and loyal.
Any organization can benefit from optimization, and efficiency, and continuous improvement.
But there was no reason for the shock and awe of the new manager.
Branch A is now in disarray, for no reason other than the new manager didn’t even attempt to listen, and just flat out started implementing changes to model after Branch B.
How often does this happen in business?
It never ends well.

What has been a pillar of excellence and stability is the Kansas City Chiefs. Another Super Bowl appearance, and a dynasty in its prime. Mahomes is considered to be the GOAT by many, already today.
18-33, clouds and piercing wind, we have strength!
Make it a great day, everyone!
