Yesterday, a huge pivot.
 
Matt and Traci moved quickly, and readjusted everything so that our people could get on their way home before the snow hit on Thursday afternoon.
 
They have raised the bar on what servant leadership means this year at SCN and we are all so fortunate to have them … serving the way.
 
Thanks also to our incredible team who adjusted quickly, including changing travel schedules to make it in for the new process training meetings.
 
It’s nice gathering back up after being remote and social distanced these past few years.
 
Special thanks also to Lauren Winn. She heads up our SCN Community Building initiatives and did a fabulous job getting everything on track, making our people feel good.
