I’ve jumped in on the interview prep training circuit here at SCN, and have heard a lot of different candidate stories about happenings in the workplace.

Just about every single candidate has mentioned a common motivation for change, not enough support or resources to do their job efficiently.

Companies are running extremely lean these, striving to hit quarterly numbers.

Employees are overworked.

This leads me to believe, that a Great Resignation 2.0 isn’t too far off in the distant future.


I’d be curious to hear from the network here, do you see this at your place of work as well?

62-72, clouds, wind, and some sunshine. Still on borrowed weather time here in SE-MI, it’s incredible.
