Nice time watching Emily swim this past weekend at Miami of Ohio.

Beautiful campus.

My favorite part of the meet.

Emily’s goggles came off on her dive into the water for the 200 Breaststroke.

Perfect.

Great opportunity to overcome some adversity.

Another little layer of armor added to take into the real world.

Another half ounce of grit poured in.

Resilience.

It’s one of the hot buzz words in the world of work today that doesn’t involve Artificial Intelligence.

Resilient communities.

Resilient companies.

Resilient people …. that’s who you want to go to battle with.

Our tenured associates have just about seen it all in the absolutely wild world of working with people regarding job changes.

A resilient team that knows how to get through just about anything.

It’s always encouraging when a newer associate gets blindsided and makes it through, a little bit stronger for it.

Adversity is endless.

There is no trait more important than resilience.

Resilience starts with a mindset.

I can.

I will.

And then it’s just a matter of piling up experiences over time.

Building up the armor.

Snow has been melting.

It’s a perfect mixture of cold, mud, ice, water, and rocks out there.

We’re so resilient that we may just gather on the hour and go play in it.
