I had a talk with a manager recently whose team is mostly thriving while working remotely.
 
So what’s working?

Here’s checklist that we came up with, best practices for effectiveness as a remote worker.
 
1. Overcommunicate with Management and team members

2. Create a dedicated workspace

3. Have a set daily schedule and time block for high volume activities

4. Overcommunicate with Management and team members

5. Hit a daily scorecard

6. Identify your distractions and then eliminate them

7. Overcommunicate with Management and team members

8. Create a healthy work-life balance

9. Break a sweat and get some exercise
