Remote vs. In-Office Work

10/16/2024

This topic will never, not be on the minds of managers and employees.

The other day, we had a great candidate turn down a great offer because he didn’t want to go into the office (changed his mind), wanted to work remotely.

Companies are now offering, and candidates are now accepting different compensation and incentives based on their participation level at the company office.

In-Office 5 Days a Week = X$

In-Office 2-3 Days a Week = Y$

Mostly Remote = Z$

Your thoughts if it makes sense to offering varying levels of compensation, and if so what should the percentages be?

36-53, sunshine, leaves are turning, deeper into fall.

Make it a great day, everyone!
