Rally Caps On

6/3/2024

Wild finish to the week, last week here at SCN – Search Consulting Network.

A few candidate fall-offs and turndowns, after lengthy and arduous interview processes.

Proud of the team here at SCN.

Our recruiters put on their rally caps, and quickly and swiftly moved to recruit other candidates for these openings.

The willingness of candidates to completely manipulate situations to their short-term advantage is at an all-time high …. a counter-move to the corporations who let people go on a dime.

Which came first .. the chicken or the egg?

Our reality, is that this is the world we live in.

Rally caps are needed more than ever, because in 3rd party recruiting, there is no such thing as a straight line from start to finish.

And when things go sideways, we have to do our work to get the recruiting project back on track.

Surviving and thriving … a function of continuous movement forward, especially when our backs are up against it.

Rally time.

One of many reasons why I’m incredibly proud of our team at SCN.

58-80, sunshine.

Make it a great day, everyone!
