By now, most have heard of the Quiet Quitting trend in the World of Work.

The trend is real, and has been validated with worker productivity stats, which show that we’ve reached a low point in worker productivity since 1947.

Not a good trend for the capitalists or for those interested in a growing economy.

Right now, workers have a bit of the upper hand still in the supply and demand for workers and wages, thus the quiet quitting trend.

But it’ll eventually swing the other way, where companies will have a bit more leverage in the supply and demand cycle for workers.

The ebb and flow here will never change, and it will settle out naturally in a ‘largely free market’ just as it always has.

Regardless of market factors …. there is a blue ocean for those who are spirited, motivated, and ambitious!
