We met yesterday with a great client, who is moving manufacturing operations to a different location.

A good business move for the company.

But not so good for many of the long-term employees who called this workplace home, for the past 20 – 30 years.

Some of the tenured people we met with were devastated.

They never imagined, with 5 – 10 years until retirement, that they’d be looking for a new position.

It’s hard to reinvent oneself, later in a career.

But you can’t give up, even when you’ve been hit the hardest.

Just keep going, and going, and going.

20 – 29 degrees, snow is coming, big storm to touch ground here this afternoon.
