Personal Touch Interviewing

10/29/2024

Recently we had a great candidate interview with Client A, who was rushed through the in-office interview process, because the managers were busy.

The same candidate interviewed with Client B, and they brought out all the bells and whistles. Had his name on a welcome sign entering the lobby, they took him to lunch, he got good face time with all of the key decision makers, etc.

He wasn’t whooshed threw.

Not surprising … he was more interested in Client B.

Touches on the screen with a finger to move to the next page on the app, have grown exponentially.

Personal touches in hiring though, have diminished, and represent a great opportunity to improve the hiring process, and is what great companies do to attract the talent they desire.

54-76, heat wave.

Make it a great day, everyone!
