Ownership Matters

11/22/2024

We have clients from all over the world with a business presence here in the US.

And to be effective with recruiting and influence, we need to properly tell the story of the ownership, and culture of the company which is often driven by the ownership.

For example, Japanese companies often times have the best stability and approach employment from a long-term perspective, but they may not pay as much as other companies in the marketplace.

German employers tend to be very intense, but also long-term focused.

US companies often pay the best, but could also be the first type of company to let someone go, especially if it was a bad quarter, or month.

The influence of private equity in companies has ramped up the intensity and expectations for performance across the board.

I’m curious about your experiences as well.

Make it a great day, everyone!
