No Two Searches are Alike

Sometimes a search goes smoothly, and we find a great candidate quickly who the hiring team is happy with.

Sometimes we work twice as hard on a search and end up with less viable candidate options for the hiring team.

We didn’t change.

No two searches are alike.

The best approach to recruiting and hiring, is to assess all of the viable options in a market for each particular position, and then go forward with the Best-Fit Candidate.

The one who closest matches ideal … but also … is open to what is being offered.

Hiring the Best-Fit candidate, is a hiring best practice to live by.
