Great story from a candidate we placed a year ago.

Got promoted to the next level in his company.

He asked about advancement potential prior to taking the job, and the opportunity was there for him, as long as he produced.

What he did specifically, was proactivity in his work. Jumped in, helped others that weren’t asking for it, when he wasn’t asked to do it.

Proactive leadership.

Moved up his timeline for promotion by a full 2 years.

Makes it very easy for managers to promote, when someone is lending a helping hand.
