Is the mentor-mentee relationship dying in the world of work?

Remote and hybrid work.

Work relationships now more transactional than ever.

Less meaningful?


I was beyond fortunate to have a some great mentors early in my career.

They cared about me.

They helped develop me.


I’ve also had the privilege of helping others develop.

If you are able to take someone under your wing, and help them along … I say give it a go.

It’s incredibly rewarding.

And a true privilege to pay it forward.


And if you are a mentee candidate … seek out those who are willing and able to help you along … be vulnerable … coachable.


Mentor-Mentee Relationships = More Success and More Meaning
