Mass Vehicle Production – Changing Ways?

Tesla has a plan to overhaul the Henry Ford Mass Production Assembly Line that has stood the test of time in the Automotive world for the past 100 years.
Tesla’s ‘unboxed approach’ is like ‘building with Legos’ at a station and not a traditional production line.
If this process is successful, Tesla thinks it can cut production costs in half, and enable them to offer a $25K EV to customers.
No details were offered on this new process during the recent Investor Day from Musk or Tesla VP of Vehicle Engineering, Lars Moravy, but if anything is certain in the modern world of advanced engineering, is that anything is subject to change.
