Manager Sabotage

2/17/2025

Management is a privilege that comes with incredible responsibility.

Managers are accountable for financial considerations and to be the front line protectors of the organization.

They also have a responsibility to develop their employees underneath them, and to serve them – to give the employees the absolute best chance as possible for success.

But dereliction of duty in management is rampant these days.

A recent Harvard study indicates that 30% of employees are sabatoged by their manager.

High performing employees are threats to those they work under.

It’s a ‘dog-eat-dog’ world.

If you’re being eaten, it’s time to look for a new position.

13-16 degrees, clouds. And shoveling. The snow didn’t stop over the weekend.
