Had a conversation with a President of a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier the other day, and the question came up, why do people make career changes?

His gut reaction, was that it was money … $.

It’s a big reason for sure.

But most of the candidates start the idea of looking for a new job because they don’t like their manager.


So, the ‘bad’ manager starts it.

Then, when they decide to go, they want more $.


Food for thought for all of the managers out there … tune into your peeps!
