4 O J week is here.

We should kick it into cruise control … or better yet … turn off the engine.

Planned PTO ? For sure, take it.


Interestingly, we have more interviews scheduled this week, than we’ve had in a long time, and that includes no interviews on Thursday or Friday.

Our clients are busy over these next few days.

Hmmm.

Because Q3 is kicking off?

The market hot and improving?

Some people at some companies are doing whatever it takes to win, and it means working hard when others are not?


I think the latter.

Most people who are working during holiday weeks pull back.

But those who keep pushing, have an opportunity to gain ground in their market.
