An advanced manufacturing sales candidate reached out to one of our recruiters yesterday.

Wants a new job.

His company is leaving him hung out to dry.

Poor quality problems.

Shipping problems, product is not delivered on time, and sometimes to the wrong location.

Automatic price increases on invoices sent to customers, and he wasn’t given notice that this was happening.


OK, we’ll help you find a new job.

But it’s a good reminder of the core fundamental principles in an employer-employee relationship.

A company has the responsibility to create an environment and opportunity for the employee to be successful. The employee has a responsibility to do their part to ensure success based on their specific responsibilities.
