As Holiday Party Season and Holiday Cheer with colleagues is upon us.
I’ll share one simple thought.
Rarely is anyone elevated because of their performance at a holiday party.
But for many, it has gone the other way.
Careers side tracked quickly, and abruptly.
Cheers to everyone for a festive, drinks under control, office celebration!
Holiday plans and timing just got turned upside down at SCN!
All planning and in person meetings are now to be completed by Wednesday evening instead of Friday afternoon, so that people can be on the road home by 7AM on Thursday.
Winter storms are coming on Thursday afternoon with a fury.
