Hiring Middle Managers


It’s a tough time to be a middle manager who is hiring.

Specifically, most companies are not giving them the tools needed to bring in the talent required to hit their numbers.

Cost cutting mode, because of ‘recession signals’.

But there is no recession, at least as far as hiring is concerned.

So hiring managers are given 3 options:

1. Fight severe battles internally for resources

2. Just toe company line, and miss hitting targets

3. Leave the company

My recommendation. 1 or 3 above. Take action.
