Hiring for Growth, Replacement, or Top Grading?

12/23/2024

As we come near to the end of our 24th year in business, what we have learned to be true is that when companies say they are ‘not hiring’, it typically means they are not expanding their teams for growth based on the market.

There was a lot of this during 2024 (and also 2023).

A correcting market.

What many of our clients have done this past year is to still typically hire for replacements, when someone leaves or retires.

And if not expanding, most of our good client companies are constantly top grading their organization.

The need for great talent is never not there.

And that is why we are in business.

Looking forward to the conversations heading into 2025 … is your organization trying to grow? Or, will the focus be on improving efficiency?
