We have a traditionally large client who is not active with us right now.
 
Not using us.
 
Taking all of their recruiting internally … cost cutting.
 
We know they have openings that they are trying to fill.
 
And we know we have great candidates in our network today, that their VPs and Directors would be interested in meeting with, especially because their reqs have been open for several weeks now.

Fortunately we’ve been able to place many of these great candidates at other companies, who are more active and really investing in their business.

Curious to see what the pulse of the market is overall.
