It’s a hard time for many.

The last couple of years were hard on many companies, and employees.

The California fires that are happening right now, are beyond surreal. And there is no sign of them being put out anytime soon.

Hundreds of thousands of people displaced from their homes that may not be there when they return.

Hard times strengthen us, and heighten our ability to adapt.

They also help us develop awareness, and empathy.

In business, they help us improve efficiency.

Above all else, just continuing to move forward and strive for improvement, is the key to managing through challenging times.

I’m proud of our SCN – Search Consulting Network crew that keeps going forward and finding success, even during a challenging past couple of years as the world continues to recover from the Covid pandemic.

We’re seeing some market upticks right now, but like always, in good times or bad, we’ll just keep doing our best to deliver for our clients.


For now, our best thoughts are out there for those in California who are up against it.
