Today marks the start of the 25th year of business for SCN – Search Consulting Network.

Operationally, there is absolutely nothing that is the same as it was 25 years ago.

But our purpose has not changed … helping companies build winning teams.

Thank you to the thousands of clients and candidates who placed their trust in SCN over the years!

Mostly, I am appreciative of all the associates who have counted SCN home over the years, and especially our current team of people who quite simply represent the best in the business in 3rd party search consulting and recruiting.

I pinch myself, thinking that I get to work with such a great group of people … and there is a lot to pinch coming out of the holiday season, let me tell you …

Thank you, team.

It’s been quite a ride.

But I’m more excited about the future, and what we can accomplish together.
