Why are you interviewing for this position?


Every couple of years, I like to get out there, and interview, and see how Iam doing in the market.


OK, I get it.

You’re doing great in the market.

Going fishing.

I think you are great, and I’d like to stay in touch, and get you involved in some positions that are a better match.

But I’m not going to let you interview for this role. The compensation gap is too big.
