I almost backed out of subbing in at a golf league last night. Tweaked my back and couldn’t do a full turn.
Glad I went.
The sub on the other side was NFL legend, Calvin Johnson. Down to earth, polite, good personality, charitable.
He seemed to play better when I tugged on his jersey during the backswing …..
Great experience playing 9 holes with him.
