Interested in being promoted?


Then … you have to do what most others don’t want to do.

Here’s a quick checklist.

1. Get your Touches in – Show up regularly in the office, get in early and physically work in the building, shake hands, fist bump people, pat them on the back, gather up some peeps and grab a drink after work.

2. Video Presence – If you are on a video conference, turn on your screen, show your face, and participate on the call.

3. Over-communicate – Do it frequently, and use bullets and fragments in your written reports.

See and be seen.


Just when I thought the weather was breaking, a SE-MI snow storm hit again in full effect … snow through the night and all day today.

4 bad storms in the last 2 weeks.

All schools closed.
