Employer Hiring Brand

8/16/2024

We have a client that is a leading world class manufacturing organization, and they have a manufacturing facility in a remote area.

We’re helping them hire a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering in this small city down south.

One of our stellar recruiters found a perfect candidate on paper (or is it on screen? … ha …), contacted the candidate, and the candidate wouldn’t even consider the conversation.

“I’ve applied there before, and they are horrible at getting back to people. I’m not interested”.

What ????!!!

Employer hiring brand.

It’s something that most companies don’t think about, but it’s incredibly important.

With our tight process, team approach, and commitment to white glove service, we do our best at SCN to protect our client’s employer hiring brands … 1 x 1 …

Because what people believe about your company during the hiring process, matters.

Every single thing that a company ever does, as it relates to the hiring process, or regarding the employment of people in the company … affects the employer hiring brand.

And people talk.

67-89, clouds, rain.

Make it a great day, everyone!
