A lot of my time as of late has been hands-on training with recruiters, actual position fit vetting calls.

One recruiter asked, “why is each call so different, when each candidate is for the same position”?

AHH .. great question.

That is our secret sauce.

We find the exact essence of why someone should be interviewed, hired, or let go from the process, and we provide that consulting to our client.

You can’t get to this from a checklist. No humans, companies, or positions are exactly the same, endless permutations and combinations.

It’s why AI will never be able to take over what we do.

And it’s why our clients have us on speed dial (or … at least at one time in the past it was an actual speed dial … on an analogue phone … ).

And it’s the same for management, selling, dating …. what else?
