It matters.

A lot of organizations strive for great cultures, but it is difficult to obtain.

Every person added or subtracted, impacts the culture in some way.

It’s fluid, not static.

Great cultures are worked on over time.

People are the culture.


We don’t know for sure without being on the inside, but is there any doubt that the culture inside the Detroit Lions Football Team, is a terrific one?

And they’ve been able to keep it together, with an incredible amount of injuries, many new faces in the building.

What a story thus far.

Champions of the NFC … home field through the playoffs.


Will their culture help them cap it off, with a trip to the Super Bowl?
