The primary expression conveyed to AFC Richmond from its coach, Ted Lasso.

To be clear, the Ted Lasso series that ended last night is pure fiction.

But art imitates life, and what struck the biggest cord for me is that I generally felt good after watching most episodes.

It feels good to believe in something, or somebody.

And it really feels good when someone believes in you.

Especially during the dark periods.

The challenges we face at work go beyond just the challenges from the actual work we do.

Frustration.

Stress.

Making people feel good at work … a modern leadership artform that is hard to do.

But it’s powerful.

And Ted wrote the book on it.

Feeling good on this Thursday and hope and trust you are as well!
