We had a client recently share their new process, which includes the use of AI in their recruiting process.

It’s going to be an interesting disruption to the recruiting industry.

Company CFO sees the use of AI, and says, “we can save X$ because we don’t need as many people to do the same amount of work”. No mention of quality or employer hiring brand.



Candidates have a bad experience with AI, and check themselves out of the process, because it’s too frustrating and they don’t want to be commoditized.


Is AI going to help, and save $ by improving efficiency and reducing headcount, or is it going to hurt the brand of companies doing hiring?
