I had the pleasure meeting several people from the advanced manufacturing sector this past weekend at Pebble Beech.
“What are your biggest challenges in the work place”?
1. Supply chain challenges – some manufacturing companies have ‘given up’ on even trying to satisfy customers and have defaulted to “it is what it is” in their explanations of delays.
2. Finding enough motivated employees at all levels of the organization.
