He stated, “Wherever I travel within the industrial safety sector, which includes work with distributors and end users, I have come to realize that there is a great shortage of talent within this space.”

He continued, “Because the market conditions are very strong and everybody is looking to grow, good people are needed to complete the work.  All of the companies are looking to expand and grow their business, but the talent shortage is the primary area that is holding them back.  Companies though are still pushing forward and making capital and inventory investments, and as manufacturing increases, safety becomes more of a top priority, specifically as it relates to eye wear.”
