Thanksgiving
11/21/2023
The holidays are always a great time of year (minus the cold weather). Halloween starts things out with fun activities for kids and adults alike, but no closings of work/school. Always seemed like an introductory holiday for the season.
Next up…Thanksgiving. A shortened week for work/school, football (never thought I’d live to see the day the Lions entered Thanksgiving 8-2), family, a day to take account of everything we have to be thankful for.
The holiday spirit infiltrates everything from overall mood, to discussions with coworkers and family. From my perspective, speaking with and learning from engineers of all disciplines regularly, it was great to see an engineering publication I frequent decide to join in the holiday fun and share the perfect thanksgiving checklist for engineers.
From a coordinated cooking schedule, to using a thermal camera to ensure the bird is cooked to perfection, to using an RGB sensor to help with side dishes, and using a pH meter to determine the ideal wine, the ideas suggested were simply too good not to share.
Have a great week and a Happy Thanksgiving!
