Samson Kakos had the pleasure of speaking with Don Wilde, Principal Engineer at Star Drive Engineering, regarding trends in the software space.

Wilde stated, “My advice to anyone in the software industry is to work hard, keep relevant technical skills up to date, and be hungry to learn”.

This makes sense because the software space is constantly changing.

He added, “As an astute observer of the software industry, I have witnessed significant progression and changes over the years, and the only constant in this space is that things do continuously change.”

I think it’s safe to say that software is here to stay, so if you jump into the software space, be prepared to stay on top of your game and adjust as the industry changes!
