I had a nice conversation with Stephan Schwarzkopf regarding the semi-conductor space.

Stephan shared an interesting perspective, “Companies that manufacture semi-conductors are starting to ramp up significantly, compared to just a couple of months ago.  The reason is because semi-conductor companies sell to a broad range of vertical markets, not just singular markets.  They do not do furlough as many people as companies in other industries do.”

He elaborated, “Semiconductor companies also compensate their employees extremely well even compared to other electronics industries, and this keeps professionals in this space.”

Some nice words for people who chose the semi-conductor career path!
