I had a nice conversation with Aleksandr Malin regarding the Material Handling Industry and he shared some interesting insight.

Aleksandr stated, “My advice to anyone in this industry or any other industry is that you have to love what you do.”

I agree with this wholeheartedly, because if you like your job, then it affects everything including your attitude, your approach, covering the details, transferring positive energy, etc.

Aleksandr also shared, “I entered the material handling industry because of great opportunity and great people. And I stay in the material handling industry because I love what I do.”

It’s easier said than done, but if you can find your passion then your life will be more meaningful and you likely will reach a high level of excellence in your field of expertise!
