Background Requirements

·    2 – 5 years of experience

·    Manufacturing background

·    Technical aptitude – knowing tech process

·    Outside sales experience in manufacturing space

·    Packaging experience

·    Automation experience

Job Responsibilities

·    Traveling (air travel) to Northeast territories (NJ, CT, RI, NY, MA, NH, VT, ME) to meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and make sure their needs are met – not traveling daily

·    Responsible for managing current territories/business

·    Responsible for the development of new territories/business

·    Improve and expand the company’s brand awareness

What is Being Offered

·    Location: Janesville, WI (on-site)

·    Competitive salary + commissions + bonus

·    Bonus up to 40% of yearly salary

·    Up to 15% of profit-sharing (in account after 3 years)
