·       Covering an established customer base in the WI, MN and IL territory

·       Selling industrial flooring solutions to manufacturing companies

Background Requirements

·       Strong experience selling into the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) contractor market  

·       Experience developing relationships and providing solutions

·       Able to follow market trends, and grow business

·       Excellent customer service skills and experience

·       Experience with CRM systems

Job Responsibilities

·       Provide solutions to customer’s flooring needs 

·       Make process recommendations
